Government

Government in TCI comprises central Government along with various statutory bodies all of which are tasked with various public sector roles including an inward investment agency, a tourism management agency, regulatory bodies of the financial services and telecommunication industries, operators of the ports and airports and administrators of the national insurance and national health insurance schemes.

The responsibility for performing statutory financial statement audits and value for money audits of central government and the various statutory bodies rests with the TCI National Audit Office which is headed by the Auditor General.
